What are the consequences of rough CNC processing on parts?


With the continuous development of the processing industry, what we use must be processed before it can be completed. Processing must use machines to reduce product defects. CNC parts processing in Dongguan is one of them. What consequences will CNC rough processing have on parts?

1. Influencing wear resistance: The rougher the surface of CNC processing, the smaller the effective contact area between the surfaces, the greater the pressure, the greater the friction resistance, and the faster the wear.

7. Influencing the measuring accuracy: The surface roughness of the measured parts and measuring tools will directly affect the measuring accuracy, which is in the fine measurement.
